Exactly what do I get from a Scrollsaw Segmentation pattern book?
You get a digital pattern or book in PDF format that you can download instantly. If you buy individual patterns each one has a color picture of each completed pattern and two fine line cutting guides, one black and one blue. Each piece is numbered because that was a feature requested by many of you. If you'd like to check out a free sample before buying, click here. Pattern books are much the same except they contain a collection of patterns. The Pattern Book page tells you the contents of each book.

Is my order secure?

Can I buy printed patterns by mail order?
We're afraid not. We keep prices low by delivering online. It's cheaper and faster and people usually find it more convenient. We're actually based in France so postage to the USA, for example, would be very high. By storing our PDF books on web servers we can deliver to you virtually instantly, any time of the day or night, wherever you are in the world.

I can't add pattern books to my cart
If you're asking this question then yes, you're right, the process for books and individual patterns is different. In order to pass on the biggest savings to you we've used the most efficient processing and delivery methods available. For pattern books that's Clickbank - you just have to click your chosen book to order and you can download it straight away without needing to go through a shopping cart - there's just no need. For individual patterns though it's more likely that people will want to make different selections so a shopping cart is the best method to enable you to make a number of selections which are individual to you. You still get a direct download straight away, it's just customized to your personal preferences.

You claim these are high defintion but the pattern lines look a bit fuzzy on the screen?
Unfortunately PC screens just aren't capable of matching the resolution of the patterns. Typically your screen is 72dpi and our high definition patterns exceed that. What about copyright? What can I and can't I do with your patterns?
Many people are wary of copyright and concerned about what is legal. We try to keep it as simple as possible. Copyright exists on all our patterns. You can print them out (as many times as you like) and use them to make scrollsaw segmentation pieces for pleasure, or for sale - and you can make as many as you like. What you can't do is sell or give away the actual patterns themselves. You must not sell or give away the computer file you download or any copies you make, or any copies you print out. That's illegal and it's also theft. We will prosecute anyone we find doing this. If you're in any doubt at all just contact us and we'll soon give you an answer.
